The Halla Motor Family Day and College Entrance Exam Student Awards Ceremony Concluded Warmly
On August 13, Haina Group carefully organized the first Family Day and College Entrance Exam Award Ceremony to connect the company with employees' families through a warm bond, allowing families to deeply engage with and experience Haina. The main event was held in the company’s training room, which serves not only as an important place for executives to gain new knowledge and plan for development but also offered families an immersive experience—stepping into the training room, everyone could directly feel the company’s strong atmosphere of valuing learning and pursuing excellence, setting a warm and professional tone for the event in advance.
At the beginning of the event, family members paused at the sign-in wall to leave their signatures and take photos, capturing happy moments of reunion. Afterwards, Director Zhang from the Operations Office took the stage to deliver a speech. She first expressed her sincere gratitude to the families who took time out of their busy schedules to attend, thanking them for their long-term understanding and support of employees' work. At the same time, she extended her heartfelt wishes to the students who had achieved success in the college entrance exams, encouraging them to continue striving in the next stage of their lives and to carry forward the Haina spirit of pursuing excellence.
After the speech, the event moved into a brief yet solemn award ceremony. Senior executives from Halla Group were invited as award presenters. Dressed in formal attire and wearing smiles, the executives handed out honorary awards to the students present who had excelled in the college entrance examination. As the executives delivered the heavy red envelopes to the students, rounds of applause broke out, both congratulating the students on their achievements and reflecting the company's care and expectations for the younger generation. The students accepted the envelopes with both hands, their faces filled with joy and gratitude, and they bowed to the executives to express their thanks. This warm scene became an unforgettable moment of the event.
After the award ceremony concluded, the family members, guided by the staff, toured the workshops and laboratories in an orderly manner. Entering the workshop, they witnessed the highly efficient operation of automated production lines and the standardized, rigorous production processes, giving them a real sense of the daily working environment of the employees. In the laboratory, advanced testing equipment and precise research instruments vividly demonstrated the company's strong technological capabilities and innovative potential, impressing everyone with Halla's production strength.
After the tour concluded, everyone returned to the training room, and a series of fun interactive games immediately began. The quiz game with prizes was thoughtfully designed, with questions all drawn from the information introduced by the guides during the tour, covering details of the workshop production process, laboratory research directions, company technological advantages, and other knowledge points. During the game, family members actively answered questions based on their recent memory from the visit, with some families quietly discussing among themselves. The scene was filled with both competitive tension and a warm sense of collaboration. The balloon-blowing game further elevated the atmosphere to its peak, with bursts of laughter and cheers echoing throughout the space, perfectly complementing the harmonious cooperation among family members and the joyful ambiance of the event.
With the successful conclusion of the game, the first Hanal Family Day and the Graduation Awards Ceremony for Gaokao students also came to a successful end. In the future, Hanal Group will continue to host Family Day events, constantly innovating in themes and formats, further bringing the company closer to employees' families and building a warmer, more cohesive corporate family.
