The 2023 Jinzhou “Splendid Talent” - Outstanding Engineer Selection Event, jointly organized by the Jinzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, has successfully concluded. 
In this event, Li Wenkui from the Starter Design Department of HanNa Company Research Institute was awarded the title of "Outstanding Engineer of Jinzhou"! Throughout the selection process, he stood out through company recommendation, expert review, and deliberation by the Party Committee of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, layer by layer.
With the guidance of company leadership and the support of colleagues, as a key technical backbone, he took the lead in project management and product development for high-end brand clients such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Mazda, and General Motors, earning the First Prize for Individual Outstanding Contribution from Wanda Group. In terms of technical research and development, adhering to the principle of "strive for everything, succeed in everything," he put theoretical knowledge into practice, contributing to the independent research and iterative technological upgrades of HanNa starters. He has also received multiple honors, including the Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Research Achievements of Liaoning Province and the First and Second Prizes of Jinzhou Science and Technology Progress Award.
