On April 1, Jinzhou Hanna received good news from their client, NEXTEV. The official test report issued by the client indicated that the company's 3.31 N·m brushed EPS motor performed excellently in the client's tests, earning high recognition from them.
The brushed EPS motor project, a collaboration between Jinzhou Hanna and the global power steering system giant NEXTEV in Suzhou, represents an important milestone in Hanna's transformation journey. Since the project's initiation in November 2023, the Hanna team started from scratch and, after four months of hard work, confidently submitted three prototypes to the client on March 10, 2024. The client then conducted nearly 20 days of comprehensive testing, covering key indicators such as performance curves, back electromotive force, motor resistance, cogging and friction torque, and torque ripple. Ultimately, our product passed all tests with outstanding results, with all parameters meeting or exceeding the client's standards.
The company and its clients have now reached a consensus on subsequent cooperation. Next, we will make every effort to advance the DV verification of the product and begin setting up the mass production line. According to plan, the production line setup is expected to be completed by September, with mass production targets to be achieved by December of the same year.
Looking ahead, the Halla team has set goals of selling 500,000 units and generating 55 million yuan in revenue by 2025, and aims to increase sales to 1 to 1.5 million units and surpass 100 million yuan in revenue between 2026 and 2028. Achieving this important milestone in the future will inject strong momentum into Halla's development and open a new chapter!
